- Is support included?
- Yes. Basic support comes with the builder licence and with every seat, at no extra cost. You are not sent through generic product support for a CRM that is yours.
- How is custom support priced?
- Individually. We look at your workspace, configuration and rollout, then quote it as its own piece of work — you pay for the help you actually need, not a fixed upgrade tier.
- Do I pay for AI usage?
- No. You use your own AI assistant subscription. Cranned hosts your CRM and your team’s workspace.
- What can an MCP data seat do?
- Everything a viewer can, plus working records, actions and reports through their own AI agent. They can't change the CRM's structure.
- What can a viewer seat do?
- View and work records in Cranned: log leads, move deals, add notes and complete tasks. No AI agent connection.
- Can I change my CRM later?
- Any time. Ask your agent to add a stage, field or rule and your team sees it straight away.
- Can I add or remove seats?
- Yes, as your team changes.
