Privacy policy

Who we are
BatchBoost Ltd ("we") provides Cranned. For the CRM data your workspace stores, you are the controller and we act as your processor. For account and billing details, we are the controller.
What we collect
- Account details: email address, name and sign-in data.
- Workspace data: the records, actions, notes and configuration your team adds.
- Usage data: pages viewed and features used, to improve Cranned. This is processed in the EU.
AI assistants
Cranned does not run its own AI. When you connect your own AI app or provider key, your requests go to that provider under your own agreement with them. We store provider keys encrypted and never show them again.
How long we keep it
Workspace data is kept while your workspace exists. When the owner deletes the workspace, its data is removed straight away from the live system. Backups roll off within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. Workspace owners can export and delete everything from the Account page. For anything else, contact us.
