The service
Cranned is a CRM your team shapes through your own AI assistant. BatchBoost Ltd provides and hosts it. By creating or joining a workspace, you agree to these terms.
Workspaces and seats
Each workspace has one owner, who controls seats, access and settings. The owner is responsible for who they invite and for the data added to the workspace.
Your AI provider
Any AI assistant you connect is a third-party service under your own account and billing. We aren't responsible for its outputs. Changes it makes through Cranned follow your workspace's permissions and are recorded in Change history.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cranned to break the law, send spam, or try to access other workspaces.
Your data
You own your workspace data. Owners can export or delete it at any time from the Account page.
Liability
Cranned is provided with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
